Academic Tutors Applicants must have a bachelor's degree, preferably in education. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of experience working with school-aged students. Candidates need to have reliable transportation and pass an extensive background check. 

Dyslexia Specialists Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and extensive training in dyslexia. They need 2-3 years of experience working with school-aged students. Ideal candidates hold either a CALT, CALP, or CERI certification. Candidates need to have reliable transportation and pass an extensive background check. 

Non-Attorney Special-Educational Advocates Candidates must have at least 2-3 years of experience working in Special Education. Candidates need to have reliable transportation and pass an extensive background check.
